Pacific Ocean
The Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean on Earth, between Asia and Australia to the west and the Americas to the east. Spain crossed it to establish the Manila galleon trade, and the Russian Empire expanded to its northern shores. The German Empire held Pacific island colonies, and the Empire of Japan fought the Pacific War across it.
