Saar (Bahrain)
Saar is an archaeological site in northern Bahrain with the remains of an Early Dilmun settlement of about 2000 BCE. Excavations by the London–Bahrain Archaeological Expedition from 1990 uncovered a temple, a main street and dozens of stone houses, along with seals and pottery. Large fields of Dilmun burial mounds lie nearby.
