fl. 206–205 BCE · 3rd century BCE

Shen Yang was a former official of Zhao and associate of Zhang Er who, in Xiang Yu's division of the empire in 206 BCE, was made King of Henan, with his capital at Luoyang, as a reward for welcoming Chu forces at the Yellow River.
