Si Satchanalai

Si Satchanalai is a historic city on the Yom River in northern Thailand, the twin city of Sukhothai and seat of its viceroys. It was a major centre of Sukhothai's ceramic industry, producing celadon wares in hundreds of kilns that were exported across Southeast Asia. Its ruins, with temples such as Wat Chang Lom, form part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
