Tortosa
Tortosa is a city on the lower Ebro in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, near the river's delta. Under Muslim rule it was a port and shipbuilding centre and the seat of a taifa kingdom, until Ramon Berenguer IV of Barcelona conquered it in 1148 with Genoese help. Its Gothic cathedral and the Suda castle overlook the old town.
