Trondheim
Trondheim is a city in central Norway and the historic centre of the Trøndelag region. Under the Treaty of Roskilde of 1658, Denmark-Norway ceded the province of Trondheim to Sweden, along with Scania and other territories. Accounts of the Swedish Empire note these gains as marking the height of Swedish territorial expansion, though Trondheim was returned to Denmark-Norway in 1660.
