Abu Mansur Fulad Sutun
Abu Mansur Fulad Sutun was the last Buyid ruler of Fars, a son of Abu Kalijar. After his father's death in 1048 he struggled against his brothers and the advancing Seljuks to hold Fars and its capital Shiraz. In 1062 he was overthrown and killed by Fadluya, chief of the Shabankara Kurds, an event usually taken as the end of the Buyid dynasty.
