Bryn Euryn
Bryn Euryn is a limestone hill between Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea in north Wales, crowned by the remains of a hillfort. It has been suggested that it was the 'Bear's Stronghold' of Cuneglasus, a 6th-century king denounced by Gildas, and a seat of the kings of Rhos. At its foot are the ruins of Llys Euryn, a later medieval house. It is now a nature reserve.
