Tetlepanquetzal
Tetlepanquetzal was the last independent tlatoani of Tlacopan, the third member of the Aztec Triple Alliance. He fought the Spanish alongside Cuauhtemoc during the siege of Tenochtitlan in 1521, and after its fall he was tortured with Cuauhtemoc by conquistadors seeking Moctezuma's treasure. Cortés took both men on his expedition to Honduras and had them hanged in 1525 on suspicion of conspiracy.
