Tlacopan
Tlacopan was a Tepanec city-state on the western shore of Lake Texcoco and the third member of the Aztec Triple Alliance, alongside Tenochtitlan and Texcoco. It joined the alliance after the defeat of Azcapotzalco in 1428. It received one-fifth of the alliance's tribute revenues, reflecting its junior status.
