Glossary · Term
Thin Orange ware
Thin Orange ware is a fine, thin-walled orange pottery produced in southern Puebla, in central Mexico, during the Classic period, roughly the third to the sixth centuries CE. Distributed through Teotihuacan's exchange networks, it is found throughout the city and as far away as Guatemala and the Gulf Coast, which makes it an important marker of Teotihuacan's trade and influence.
