Tosali
Tosali was an ancient city of Kalinga in eastern India, near modern Bhubaneswar. Under the Maurya Empire it was the seat of a provincial viceroy, a royal prince, and Ashoka's separate rock edicts at nearby Dhauli are addressed to its officials. It is often identified with the fortified site of Sisupalgarh.
