County Kerry
County Kerry is a county in the south-west of Ireland, in the province of Munster, with its county town at Tralee. Its name comes from the Ciarraige, the "people of Ciar", who held the north of the county in the early Middle Ages. A rugged Atlantic county of peninsulas, it includes the Dingle and Iveragh peninsulas, Killarney and Carrauntoohil, Ireland's highest mountain.
