Isin
Isin was an ancient city in southern Mesopotamia. After the fall of the Neo-Sumerian Empire, its dynasty became one of the leading powers of the region, rivalling Larsa. Isin was later part of the Babylonian Empire, and its walls were pulled down by Samsu-iluna during the revolts of his reign.
