Konrad I of Oleśnica

c. 1294–1366 · 14th century

Konrad I of Oleśnica was a Silesian Piast duke, a son of Henry III of Głogów. In the division of his father's lands he received Oleśnica, east of Wrocław, and founded the Duchy of Oleśnica, which he ruled until 1366. In 1329 he accepted the overlordship of King John of Bohemia, like most Silesian dukes.
