Kreva
Kreva is a village in the Grodno Region of north-western Belarus, known for the ruins of its fourteenth-century castle, one of the oldest stone castles of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Grand Duke Kęstutis died there in captivity in 1382, held by his nephew Jogaila. In 1385 the castle gave its name to the Union of Krewo, which prepared Jogaila's marriage to Queen Jadwiga of Poland.
