Saint Tysilio
Saint Tysilio was a Welsh saint of the seventh century, said in tradition to be a son of Brochwel Ysgithrog, king of Powys. He is associated above all with Meifod, the mother church of Powys, and churches dedicated to him are found across Wales, including Llandysilio on the Menai Strait. His feast day is 8 November.
