Seth

Seth was an ancient Egyptian god of storms, the desert, foreign lands and disorder. In myth he murdered his brother Osiris and fought Osiris's son Horus for the throne, but he also defended the sun god against the serpent Apophis. The Hyksos rulers honoured him at Avaris, and the Ramesside kings, among them Seti I, took their names from him.
