Scanian War
The Scanian War was fought from 1675 to 1679 between Denmark-Norway and Sweden, as part of the wider Franco-Dutch War. Denmark-Norway invaded Scania to recover the provinces lost in 1658 and won at sea under Niels Juel, but lost the Battle of Lund in 1676. Under French pressure the peace treaties of 1679 restored the pre-war borders.
