Zambia
Zambia is a landlocked country in south-central Africa, including part of the Central African Copperbelt. Accounts of the Lunda Empire place the empire's origins in a region spanning the south-east of the present-day Democratic Republic of the Congo, northern Angola and parts of Zambia. It also notes that the empire's legacy remains visible in the cultural and political institutions of modern Zambia.
