SSC-Khatumo
SSC-Khatumo is a political and military administration formed in 2023 by Dhulbahante leaders in the Sool, Sanaag and Cayn areas of northern Somalia, who reject Somaliland's authority and seek to remain part of Somalia. Its forces fought the Somaliland army around Las Anod and in August 2023 drove it from its positions near the town. The Somali federal government recognised it as an interim administration.
