The Treaty of Asurar Ali was a peace agreement concluded in 1639 between the Ahom kingdom of Assam and the Mughal Empire after more than twenty years of war over Kamrup. Negotiated by the Ahom official Momai Tamuli Borbarua and the Mughal commander Allah Yar Khan, it fixed the boundary at the Barnadi river on the north bank of the Brahmaputra and the Asurar Ali road on the south bank, leaving Guwahati to the Mughals.
